Meh, Meh, Lamb
Clearly, I’ve gone grocery shopping lately. The first picture really has not much relation to the rest. Long story short, I decided to attempt Lamb Chops (except they were too expensive, so I changed it to just Lamb).
It’s a recipe I picked up from a friends’ mom just a few weeks back.
It seemed simple enough to make, and it was tremendously yummy, so that basically explains it.
1. 2 cubes of Beef Stock (enough to cover the meat completey when you put em all together).
2. Yellow Onions (which taste sweet when cooked, yummy), peeled and sliced into their circular shapes.
The ratio of onions to lamp chops are supposed to be 10:7. Just lay those onions on thick.
3. 0.5 tsp of butter/margarine placed into your wok/pot/whatever first
4. Lamb chops/Lamb/Beef (if you dislike lamb).
Don’t forget the last step- boil till dry.
I was only cooking for 2, so I reduced the portions. Took me about an hour and a half to do it. (: PROUDZ. Although, I probably should have used less beef stock in mine.
I reckon it goes great with mash potatoes.
