In a few more days, I will be hitting up Hong Kong!
We’ll also be dropping by the tailor’s in Shen Zhen and I’m looking to tailor maybe a Power Suit, and some Dresses!!!
Having trouble deciding what.
(Will most definitely be trying to get this dress)
I’m feeling this dress. But with a higher neckline that’ll be more work appropriate.
Okay dilemma factors:
1. Limited Cash
2. I already have a black power suit, I realise. Should I even be getting one more?
3. 1 dress, or both? (Drools)
I’ve never had a job that required me to work with a strict dresscode. My first day of internship / work is this coming Monday!!!
And of course, the big question- “WHAT SHALL I WEAR?”
I’m not usually a huge Fan of MK, but I’m loving her outfit here.
Also ❤ Halle Berry in this.
I need to wear my mesh dress with something. Okay tomorrow, before it gets too late to wear it anywhere.
This is so not helping me.
Okay, I have ascertained that I shall wear a skirt. And that I should wear some colour so as to come off as more a bitch than my face already inclines people to think.
What a pity all my workwear inspiration pictures are all b/w outfits. So, now, after doing some quick googling on ‘colours approachability’, I have found that…
Yellow is considered to represent the intellect because it is associated with mental imagery. It governs the solar plexus and, like the Sun, is a vibrant life force. It is happy, lively, and gives the wearer a sense of self confidence to help her cope during stressful situations.
Pink is a colour of love, compassion and femininity. It co-governs the heart with green and represents understanding and admiration. People tend to select pink when they want to appear friendly, approachable and in touch with the receptive side of themselves. Pink is often associated with happy memories because it brings the wearer in touch with good times of long ago.
That’s it. Pink. I need some Pink.
